Ah another great poker night full of its usual ups and downs. Shorty has made a triumphant appearance on the poker league and to put it in his words "about bloody time"
The first game was very one sided. Turks played an aggressive game from the start and had the cards to back it up. Jacks dry spell continued and he nearly went out first but that honour as usual goes to Dave. I tried to put up a fight in the heads up but couldn't match Turks. 1 for Turks.
The second game was more evenly matched, i struggled to stay in the game the entire time. Jacks luck improved until Shorty with a little bit of luck on 5th street took both me and Jack out to claim victory. Gratzs Shorty
The 3rd game was Turbo poker wuth 5 minutes a blind. We all stayed in quite long considering so when the blinds got to 200-400 we were all struggling to find the money. That whittled down the field until me and idiot boy were left. Under overwhelming pressure from home fans in what must have been "Silver Fox Arena" and chants of "go on Dave!" I kept my cool and took the win

You had to be there but Dave's "Ive got a flush! 1 club, 2 club, 3 clu....oh shit" was priceless
Phil was new to the game but made some shrewd decisions for a beginner and was a threat throughout
I picked Dave's pocket and then put it back. Hilarious. for me anyway

Pick pocket! i didnt know about this until after he asked for my keys to check the flat to see if he left it there.
