Fancy Dress

Rick just came up with an idea for fancy dress. Yorkshire gentleman. I quite like it but I've had a look and can't see anywhere where we could hire that kind of thing. Maybe ric mentioned it as they have a load of shooting gear that he could wear?

Impending Doom

As you all know I'm old.

A few things have brought it to my attention recently, old photo's, the fact all my house mates seem to be out getting drunk and I'm still working at 22.49 on a Tuesday (albeit at home with a can of finest Carling Darling), the fact that it hurts when I jump off things and I often listen to music with my head phones on "so I don't upset the neighbours " (even though that music is Jungle its just a last gasp attempt to not admit I'm old).

I could go on (in the way us old people tend to do) but my point is I'm 30 soon and want to go out with a bang. Think of something special people

I think the general plan is get over to mine quite early (not a long taxi ride from the bristol or a short bus journey if you can work it out (usually full of Gissummonkeys and skunkpussys though). We'll go watch the English Football (as a yank told me it was called the other day, idiot) and then head into town. Shoes are not optional. For those of you staying at mine you will need a sleeping bag or cover

Local Scunthorpe man Jack Haughheyhaw made a t.v apperance on Sky Three show "you can't handle the truth and we don't want to know it anyway". We thought it was i cross between Judge Judy and A Few Good Men. It wasn't. Jack accompanyied by long term 'partner' Grahame Turkleton Dixoningdon and members of his extended family put on a good show which can only be described as 'not mastermind' but he walked away with 1,000,000,000,000 Zimbabwean Dollers.
Robert Mugabe, a resident of Fox Street said " I don't fucking belive it, first I loose the election, I'm still convinsed I won though and I'm not going anywhere, now this guy wins all our money". Mr Haughheyhaw, who currently works as a bin man in the town centre, has already blown most of his winnings on trips to Maplethorpe and Cleethorpes, said "All I did was not lie and they gave me a sack full of cash. The next thing I know some African fellas on the phone saying I lost him the election! crazy! but Cleggy was amazing, I had two donkey rides and a hair cut."
It's not clear if this is the start of some kind of T.V career for Mr Haughheyhaw but Miss Sue Pollard of Henderson Avenue said "He'd never cut it on Hi-Di-Hi. I thought he sucked balls". Although contrastingly Mr Auther Cheesetoes of Westcliff said "I loved it! But I did wonder why that girl with the long hair was called Jack".
But some Scunthonnians were up in arms after Mr Haughheyhaw claimed all Scunthorpe girls had three breasts, He invented the rollerskate and the somewhat more unbelievable that he is the reincarnation of 'Morlock the Lizard Queen'. Mr Haughheyhaw ,or Morlock to his friend, is said to be in hiding. A spokesman said "we have no idea who your talking about!"
Jerry Springer was unavaliable for comment but a press release said "As long as Mr Springer gets paid he doesn't really mind what kind of freeks get on the show". Good work Mr Springer our lives are much better.

"The Cat Pub" and Other Popular Places

Gentlemen,

I think its time we had an About The Booze house warming in Sheffield. Tom has been over and wanted to go to "The Cat Pub" (The Devonshire Cat) and then was duly sick on himself as usual. Rob has also been to test the waters of Everton Road and made for himself what can only be described as a "nest" in my front room.



I think its now time we all went out to the Cat Pub, get drunk and be sick on ourselves and build nests.

Im open to suggestions as for dates and stuff but any time is ok for me really so let me know what you think.

IM BACK..

Hello boozers im back from Ohio. Had fun as usual on my trips some hi-lights include Whitecastle burgers(they really are small) Hooters,Crew game and cheap beer...ie £1 for a 4pint pitcher,yes it might be piss poor and flat but at £1 for 4 i cant complain.

Its taking a bit of fixing though so if a Hugh map suddenly appears or things stop working don't be surprised.
